Eindigt nu de content niet 50 px boven de footer? Ik weet dat gekleurde scrollbars MIE only zijn. Heb dit ook in een apart stylesheet gezet. Header en footer zijn te breed (of de content te smal, wat jij wil) De content moet aan de onderkant wat meer padding hebben. Als het scherm nu zo groot is dat er geen scrollbar nodig is verdwijnt de laatste regel toch onder de footer. Maak de padding even groot als de footer hoog is, dan klopt 'ie denk ik wel. Die hack die je hierboven ziet werkt juist voor IE6; hierin kun je dus ook de breedte specifiek voor IE6 aanpassen. Die scrollbar-nogwat settings zijn _niet_ vastgelegd in de 'officiële' standaarden bij W3C. Van oorsprong werken ze ook alleen in MS Internet Explorer en niet in andere browsers. Inmiddels zijn er wel een paar browsers die er (onterecht) iets mee doen, maar (gelukkig) laat Firefox de interface met rust :) Wat je zou kunnen doen als je zeker wel gekleurde scrollbars wilt, dan kun je je hele website in bijvoorbeeld flash ofzo maken...
